Service provider

Beauty Log is operated by Shanghai Beyond Matrix Technology Co., Ltd.. These terms apply to the Beauty Log website, web checkout, mobile app, reports, generated images, and related customer support.

Product offering

Beauty Log provides AI-assisted personal color analysis, style diagnosis, hair color guidance, makeup and grooming suggestions, outfit and wardrobe planning, accessory guidance, career image design, occasion styling, and related visual report images.

Users upload photos and select goals. Beauty Log uses those inputs to generate structured reports and image-consulting guidance. Reports are informational style and beauty guidance, not medical, legal, financial, employment, or identity advice.

Orders and checkout

Paid products are one-time digital report or design-plan purchases. The web checkout is embedded at https://beauty-global.fatclaw.com/en/diagnosis/checkout.

When Paddle is available, Paddle acts as the merchant of record for supported international web purchases and may handle checkout, tax, payment processing, invoices, and buyer support according to Paddle buyer terms.

Digital delivery

Most reports are generated after payment confirmation and the required photos or project information have been submitted. Delivery time can vary depending on photo quality, model availability, and safety checks.

If a report cannot be generated because required inputs are missing or an operational error occurs, we may ask the user to provide corrected inputs, retry generation, or issue a refund where appropriate.

Refund policy

For purchases handled by Paddle, eligible buyers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Because Beauty Log sells digital generated reports, refunds may be declined where the paid report has already been generated, delivered, or substantially consumed, unless required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

Users must upload photos and information that they have the right to use. Do not upload illegal content, content involving non-consenting people, sensitive documents unrelated to verification or support, or content intended to abuse automated systems.

Beauty Log may refuse, suspend, or remove access to content or orders that create safety, legal, fraud, or platform-integrity risk.
