Shanghai Beyond Matrix Technology Co., Ltd. operates Beauty Log and is responsible for the Beauty Log website, app, and report service. Privacy questions can be sent to support@fatclaw.com.

Data we process

We process account identifiers, email or login information, uploaded photos, selected style goals, generated reports and report images, order and entitlement records, technical logs, and support messages.

Payment card data is processed by payment providers such as Paddle or PayPal where available. Beauty Log does not store full card numbers.

How the website is used

Users visit the Beauty Log website to understand the product, upload guided photos, choose a report or design project, complete checkout, and view generated reports after login.

Uploaded photos are used to generate the requested report, check photo quality, provide customer support, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.

Processors and providers

We may use cloud hosting, object storage, AI model providers, payment providers, analytics, and email providers to operate the service. These providers process data only for service delivery, security, payments, analytics, or support.

When Paddle is used at checkout, Paddle may process buyer, payment, tax, invoice, fraud-prevention, and support data as merchant of record.

Retention and deletion

Photos and reports are retained while the account, order, or report remains active so users can view and manage their results. Users may request deletion through account support.

Some records may be retained where required for payment receipts, refunds, fraud prevention, security audit, tax, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may choose not to upload photos, use privacy-friendly report sharing, delete reports where supported, or contact us for account and data requests.
