Delete your Beauty Log account

In the app, open Settings, then Data & Safety, and choose Delete Account. You must be signed in so Beauty Log can verify the account being deleted.

Outside the app, email beauty-log@fatclaw.com with the subject "Beauty Log account deletion". Include the email address, phone number, or sign-in provider associated with the account.

After account ownership is verified, we delete or de-identify the account identity and sessions, uploaded source photos, photo sets, generated reports and report images, and other product data linked to the account.

Removing the app from a device does not delete the Beauty Log account or server data.

We may retain the minimum records required for purchase receipts, refunds, tax, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, security audits, or legal obligations. Retained records are not used to continue providing reports or for advertising.

Do not send identity documents, payment-card details, passwords, one-time codes, or photos with the request. We may ask you to verify control of the login method before processing deletion.
